These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SourceFollow, a supplier relationship management platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SourceFollow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of service

SourceFollow is a supplier relationship management (CRM) platform designed for Amazon wholesale sellers. The service includes supplier tracking, pipeline management, product cataloging, task management, and analytics features. During the beta period, all features are available at no cost.

3. Account registration

To use SourceFollow, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use SourceFollow only for lawful purposes. You may not: use the service to store or transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality; or use automated means to access the service beyond normal API usage.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you input into SourceFollow (supplier records, product data, notes, tasks). We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store any data you input.

6. Beta service disclaimer

SourceFollow is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or feature availability during the beta period. While we make every effort to protect your data, we recommend maintaining your own backups.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceFollow and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period (12+ months). Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Intellectual property

SourceFollow, its logo, design, and all related materials are the intellectual property of SourceFollow. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service or branding without prior written consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
