This Refund Policy describes how Dynasty Ecom LLC, operating SourceFollow, handles subscription fees, credits, cancellations, billing issues, and chargebacks. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before subscribing.
This Refund Policy explains how Dynasty Ecom LLC, operating the SourceFollow product line ("SourceFollow", "we", "our", "us"), handles subscription fees, credits, cancellations, billing disputes, and chargebacks. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By subscribing to any SourceFollow plan, purchasing credits or add-ons, or otherwise paying us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
SourceFollow is a digital subscription service. Upon payment, you are granted immediate access to the platform's features, tools, integrations, and — where applicable — AI-powered capabilities that consume credits the moment they are used. Because the service and AI credits are digital and delivered and consumed in real time, fees paid for them cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can. For this reason, and consistent with standard industry practice for SaaS and digital-content products, all fees paid to SourceFollow are final.
All fees paid for subscriptions, plan upgrades, add-ons, and credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law. This includes, without limitation: (a) monthly and annual subscription fees; (b) credit packs and any unused credits remaining in your account at the end of a billing cycle, upon cancellation, suspension, or termination; (c) add-on features and one-time purchases; and (d) fees paid during any period in which you did not use or only partially used the service. We do not prorate, refund, or issue store credit for: downgrading mid-cycle; cancelling before the end of a cycle; forgetting to cancel before renewal; changes in your business circumstances; or dissatisfaction with results or outputs (including AI-generated suggestions, which, as disclosed in the Terms of Service, are probabilistic and must be independently verified).
Credits that enable AI and usage-based features are a prepaid license to use those features. They are consumed upon use and are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and, unless expressly stated otherwise, non-rollover. Credits may expire at the end of a billing cycle or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Unused credits at cancellation, suspension, or termination are forfeited.
The SourceFollow Founding Member plan, and any other plan marketed as "lifetime", "forever", or "one-time", is a single, non-recurring purchase that grants continued access for the operational lifetime of the applicable product tier, as defined in Section 10 of the Terms of Service. Fees paid for a Founding Member or lifetime plan are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation: cases in which you decide you no longer want the plan; cases in which you use the plan only partially or not at all; changes in your business, circumstances, or preferences; price reductions or promotions offered to later customers (earlier purchasers are not entitled to retroactive discounts); modifications, replacements, or removal of specific features, provided we have used commercially reasonable efforts as required by Section 10 of the Terms; and a decision by Dynasty Ecom LLC to wind down, sunset, or materially alter the service, in which case your sole remedy is the accommodation we elect to provide under Section 10(d) of the Terms. By purchasing a Founding Member or lifetime plan, you expressly acknowledge and accept that no refund is due under any of the foregoing circumstances and that your remedy, if any, is limited to the accommodations described in Section 10 of the Terms and the aggregate-liability cap set forth in Section 10(h) and Section 20 of the Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@sourcefollow.com. Cancellation is the mechanism to stop future renewal charges. It is not a request for a refund of amounts already paid and will not be treated as one. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of the current billing cycle; after that, your account will transition to a limited or closed state. We strongly recommend exporting any data you wish to retain before the cycle ends.
SourceFollow does not ordinarily offer free trials. If we make a promotional evaluation available on specific terms, those terms (including duration, automatic conversion to paid, and cancellation requirements) will be disclosed at the time of sign-up and will govern that offer. Absent such an offer, all access requires an active paid subscription.
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge caused by a technical issue, an unauthorized charge after a properly completed cancellation, or a charge materially inconsistent with the plan you selected — contact us at info@sourcefollow.com within fifteen (15) days of the charge, providing your account email and the transaction reference. We will investigate in good faith and, where we confirm a genuine billing error on our side, correct it, which may include refunding the erroneous amount to the original payment method. This Section 7 is the exclusive process for raising billing concerns and does not create any general right to a refund.
If you disagree with a charge, you must contact us first. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your card issuer, bank, or payment provider without first giving us an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue is a material breach of our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy. When a chargeback or dispute is initiated, we may: (a) immediately suspend or terminate your account and all associated organizations and team seats; (b) reverse any credits, AI outputs, exports, and other benefits granted; (c) charge a reasonable administrative fee and any chargeback fees assessed to us by our payment processors; (d) submit evidence to your card issuer to contest the dispute, including records of your acceptance of our Terms, your use of the service, your IP address, timestamps, credit consumption, and communications with you; and (e) pursue recovery of disputed amounts, chargeback fees, and costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees. A successful chargeback does not constitute a refund: amounts recovered from us through a chargeback are treated as a debt you owe to us and may be reported to collection agencies.
Where an account has been suspended or terminated as a result of a chargeback or payment dispute, reinstatement (if we agree to it at all, in our sole discretion) requires payment of: (a) the disputed amount; (b) any chargeback and processing fees we incurred; and (c) an administrative fee to cover our investigation and response.
If we detect fraud, misuse of credits, credential sharing, circumvention of usage limits, unauthorized resale, reverse engineering, scraping, or any other violation of our Terms of Service, we may suspend or terminate the account, forfeit all unused credits and prepaid fees without refund, and reverse any AI outputs or benefits obtained. Payments associated with fraudulent activity are non-refundable. Nothing in this Policy limits our other rights or remedies available at law or in equity.
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and bank or currency-conversion fees, which are your responsibility. Refunds, where granted under Section 7, are made net of any such taxes and fees and in the original currency of payment.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any statutory right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose mandatory laws grant you a specific, non-waivable refund right (for example, certain statutory cooling-off periods in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), those rights remain available to you and will be honored to the extent required by law; however, by subscribing and requesting immediate access to the service and consuming any credits, you expressly acknowledge that you may lose the benefit of any such cooling-off right for services already performed, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email and will take effect on the stated effective date. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
